Moonlight chrome powder (1 gram)
*Instructions:
1. Apply base coat, then your choice of color gel.
3. Apply a layer of 'Riya Chrome Base', then cure.
5. Use sponge to rub layer of chrome pigment onto nail surface.
6. Brush excess powder off the nail and cuticle area.
7. Apply thin layer of 'Riya No-wipe Top Coat' then cure (repeat for longer lasting finish)
