Create instant 3D water droplets with this simple 2 step system.
APPLICATION
- Apply a base color and cure.
- Apply a layer of Water Drop Top Coat (Step 1) and cure for 60 seconds.
- Apply a very thin layer of Water Drop Top Coat (Step 2).
- Wait a few seconds for the liquid to naturally pull together into distinct droplets and then cure for 60 seconds to lock the 3D shape in place.
